The CF-9200 and CF-9400 are an all-in-one portable FFT analyzer.

All FFT analysis operations can be performed with the integrated hard keys and capacitance type touch panel without requiring an external PC for analysis. The new, exclusively developed 100kHz high-performance analysis front-end system incorporating a 24-bit A/D converter enables easier and more reliable analysis of noise and vibration generated by plant lines, pumps, motors, automobiles, railway vehicles, home electrical appliances and devices, and electrical and electronic parts than previous models. The CF-9200 and CF-9400 also offer solutions for field workers in their FFT analysis, including the resonance and frequency characteristics of mechanical structures in a vibrating environment with electromagnetic vibrators and impulse hammers.

The DS-3000 series Data Station is a PC-based Analyzer with high functions and high performance. This Analyzer has two times or more of real-time analysis capability compared to the existing model the DS-2000 series, having the high-speed calculation performance, reliability, and user-friendliness based on our accumulated experience.

Supporting USB 3.0 enables fast data transmission by connecting a commercial cable for USB 3.0. Available up to 32 channels of simultaneous recording in audible frequency (20 kHz), with a dynamic range 110 dB max. (40 kHz unit only).

There are two types, 40 kHz unit and 100 kHz unit. The former one excels at measurement of acoustics and vibration, the latter is good at ultrasonic wave and frequency characteristic measurement.

In addition to multi-channel simultaneous measurement with a wideband frequency range, various acoustics· vibration analysis software can be used with the DS-3000 series. Wide variety of application of the DS-3000 series makes a great contribution to the problem solution at your measurement site.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

FFT analyzers are commonly used in various industries such as audio, automotive, aerospace, and medical for a wide range of applications, including vibration analysis, noise measurement, audio signal analysis, modal analysis, and power spectrum analysis.
A vibration analyzer is a device that measures and analyzes the vibration of a machine or structure to diagnose any potential issues. It works by attaching sensors to the equipment or structure and measuring the vibration in different frequency ranges. The analyzer then analyzes the data and displays it in a way that makes it easier to identify any problems.
Yes, some FFT analyzers can analyze signals in real-time, allowing for immediate feedback and analysis. This feature is particularly useful in applications where quick adjustments or modifications need to be made based on the analyzed data. However, the real-time capabilities of the device may depend on its hardware specifications and software capabilities.
When choosing a vibration analyzer, key features to consider include the frequency range, measurement accuracy, dynamic range, measurement units, input channels, and software capabilities. Other factors to consider are the device's portability, battery life, and durability.
Yes, a vibration analyzer can be used for both rotating and stationary equipment. For rotating equipment, the analyzer can measure the vibration caused by unbalance, misalignment, or bearing faults. For stationary equipment, the analyzer can measure the vibration caused by structural resonance, foundation issues, or other mechanical problems.
